Superior Black Recycled Small Wheelie Bin Liners 140Litres. This wheelie bin bag is ideal for small household wheelie bins measuring 120/140 litre in capacity. Most of our bin bags have a gauge measurement which is measured by the thickness of the bin bag, and all of our strength measurements have been tested and meet European standards; this particular liner has a thickness of 120 gauge.
