his is an easy game which can be played by any level of skater and at any speed.
The idea is that the skate guards ( or small group of best skaters) will tag all the other skaters. Skaters can be freed by other skaters.
There is no winner
Rules:
All those are taking part start at the beginning and skate in one direction around a given area if they leave the area they out of the game.
Tag to be to the body (best with back of hand and to the shoulders). If a skater falls to avoid being tagged they can be tagged on the floor.
Once skater is tagged they stand still with leg apart and arms out.
To be freed another skater goes though the legs of a skater who is stuck
If the game is stopped everyone stays where they are until told other wise.
Advice :
It is best the skaters going though legs from the front. So that the skater who is stuck can see who is about to pass under them, and to stop 2 skaters trying to go under the same stuck skater at the same time. (I.E. from the back and the front)
Safety rule for skate guards with whistles, short blow as you tag , three long blows to stop the game (I.E. Skater is in need of first aid)
